The Agenda for the meeting is as follows:

-New board memeber elections
-City Manager and Public Works Director are going to attend and discuss the property in front of Marina Vista.
-There will be a Police & Fire trucks display & visit for the kids.
-2008 Budget -Q & A session

The weekend of May 4th is also the opening weekend of the pool - Bring the kids and socialize. Come see the new plastering of the pool.

We will be doing Yard of the Month - a sign will be placed in recognition for the best yard in the neighborhood beginning April 2008. Provide a picture and it will be posted on the website.

--Homeowners choosing to write "bad checks" will be reported to the district attorney's office and prosocuted by the HOA. A service charge of $35 will be added to the homeowners account. Certified funds or money order will be the only form of accepted payment in the future.

--The pool opens May 1, 2008. Anyone needing a key, contact 469-684-2359. Your dues must be current in order to obtain a pool key.

--Celebrate opening weekend at the pool and the election of the new HOA Board members; the HOA is seeking volunteers for a beautification committee - contact us by email or phone if interested.

--We have had issues with stolen property in the neighborhood. A teal colored bike was stolen recently. PICTURE If anyone knows the whereabouts or can issue an anonymous report - please contact 469-684-2359 or Little Elm Police Dept.

--If you have fence damage with adjoining neighbors due to the wind, please introduce yourselves and together find a solution on how to fix it. Fences are "personal property" of homeowners; the HOA cannot bear responsibilities.

The recycling dates have changed for (trash day) pick up.

--The board has approved an increase for resale certificates effective March 1, 2008 to $100.

--Anyone who has damage to roof shingles: If homeowners have not contacted CertainTeed for warranty in the first 5 years of ownership - your time has expired to open a warranty claim. Please contact your homeowner's insurance company for repair.
