Pool Rules

The pool is open from 9:00 A.M.to 9:00 P.M. unless closed for maintenance.
All persons swimming do so at their own risk. No one should swim alone.
In case of an emergency dial 911.
No diving into the pool is permitted.
Only Marina Vista Residents and their guests may use the pool.
Children under the age of 17 are not allowed in or around the pool area without adult supervision.
A Marina Vista Resident must accompany all guests.
A maximum of two guests per household is allowed.
An associated issued key with proper identifying marks must be used to enter pool area.
No eating, drinking, or smoking while in the water.
Alcohol is prohibted in the pool area.
All trash and food in the pool area must be properly disposed.
Glass of any kind is probhibited in the pool area.
Proper attire is required.
Children in diapers must wear swim diapers (such as little swimmers)
No animals in water or pool area.
Running, horseplay, dangerous or officensive conduct, loud music or noise that is disturbing to others will not be allowed in the pool area.
Parents/guardians are responsible for the actions of their family and guests using the pool.
Gates must remain closed and latched at all times.
Management reserves the right to deny use to any person.
